To change the default font when composing an email in RoundCube:

1. In RoundCube mail client:

Select Settings >> Composing Message >> Compose HTML messages >> Always

2. Selecting your Font type:

First, from the homepage you need to compose an email

3. From the email window:

In the bottom right corner, ensure that Editor Type is set to “HTML

(if you choose, you could skip step #1 and select Editor Type every time you send an email to enable rich text fonts)

From there, you can select your font from the drop down shown below.
